VENDOR AT RESONATE

Vending is an important part of Resonate Fest and helps to create a magical environment for attendees. We are committed to selecting a variety of quality craft, merchandise, service, and food vendors to promote, display and sell appropriate products. Unauthorized vendors are not permitted. Vendors are first come, first considered, so please act quickly to secure the best location for your booth!

To provide the best opportunity for our vendors and variation for our customers, we carefully consider each vendor and their product offerings. When you submit an application, our team will review it first and then reach out to let you know if you have been approved. We will request a Certificate of Insurance, and collect a vendor fee to confirm your space.

The vendor fee includes a dedicated space to display and sell your products or services, and up to 3 vendor staff festival passes with on-site camping. Vendors (other than food trucks) will need to provide their own pop-up canopy (staked & weighted), as well as any needed equipment, tables, chairs and displays. Electricity available if needed.

ARTIST / CRAFTER: To be considered an artisan crafter, vendors must make their products with their own hands. We’re particularly interested in unique art and crafts. This also includes service providers such as face/body painting, tarot reading, henna design, salon services. For a standard 10×10′ space, the Vendor Fee is $222, and 10 x 20′ is $299

RETAIL VENDOR: Retail Vendors offer merchandise that they re-sell and do not personally make products by hand. Also applies to vendors that promote for-profit commercial businesses. For a standard 10×10′ space, the Vendor Fee is $333, 10 x 20′ is $399, and 20 x 20′ is $444

NON PROFIT BOOTH: We encourage various non-profit organizations to offer education, resources and information about important causes, local interests, and groups in need of awareness and support. For a standard 10×10′ space, the Vendor Fee is $111

FOOD VENDORS: We are committed to providing an immersive and delectable food experience for our guests. We are looking to satisfy a variety of tastebuds with an assortment of creative fare, locally grown, organic, vegetarian, and variations of Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. Vendor Fee is $444 for a 10 x 20′ Tent Space or Trailer, and $333 for Food Trucks
